Codegarden SocialRide

Fasten your helmet! on and get warmed up for Codegarden and the Business Summit with a Codegarden Bike Ride. Join CTO Filip Larsen and fellow cycling enthusiasts for a ~30-40km ride around HQ to get warmed up for Codegarden and the Business Summit.
Surfaces are gravel and tarmac with no long climbs, so you don't need to be a pro - but you should be comfortable riding in a smaller group.
With the possibility to rent a bike and helmet - and even get your hands on an Umbraco cycling jersey!
Codegarden Padel Tournament
tuesday June 11 - 8aM-9.30am

Get Codegarden Week off to a great start with a bit of physical movement and socializing with other attendees.
Padel is a sport between tennis, table-tennis, and squash. It's quite easy to pick up, and a lot of fun!
Will you join us for a game of padel?
Good to know:
- Rackets and balls will be provided
- Dress accordingly (i.e. shorts, t-shirt, and trainers)
- There are full modern changing facilities and showers at the venue
Codegarden Bouldering
TUESDAY June 11 - 10.30AM
> Meet up at Odense Boulders (or meet up at Umbraco HQ at 10.15am)
(Indoor) bouldering is a form of free climbing in an artificial gym environment. It’s a real test of upper body strength, balance, and determination!
The Growth Team at Umbraco are hosting a trip to the local Odense Boulders for those who want to get warmed up and muscles sore, or just looking for something new to try.

Good to know:
- There is shoe rental available ast a cost of 35 DKK (approximately 5 euros) for the entire sessions. We recommend you wear thin socks in these shoes.
- There are no requirements for clothing - just that they are comfortable and not afraid of chalk :)
- Boulder champion Michaela will provide an intro - including on how to fall safely.
- There is no shower at the venue, so you’ll have to pop back to your hotel (or use the shower at Umbraco HQ)
- If you need a break or a refreshment, there is a cafe at the venue providing water, coffee, beers, and more.

Even the pre-party is open source!
Sharing drinks from the different countries and cultures the Umbraco Community come from is an amazing celebration of its diversity. Be it soda, beer, cider, or something else entirely, send or bring a bunch to HQ and we'll be sure to serve them up and the Pre-Party!

Odense City Tour

Have you been to Codegarden time and time again, but never really seen the city?
This chill one-hour walking tour is a great way to wrap up an exciting Codegarden Week, and explore the quaint city of Odense through the eyes of a local guide.
Explore the birthplace of H. C. Andersen...and Umbraco!
Good to know:
- The tour will be by foot, so dress accordingly
- The guide will speak English, and be available for questions throughout the tour
- The tour will finish near Odense Central Station
